Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Follow company policies and UK laws.
- Carry out tasks as outlined in the site\’s Assignment Instructions.
- Keep up to date with changes to these instructions and suggest improvements.
- Maintain correct and valid licences (Security Guarding/Door Supervision and CCTV).
- Stick to safety standards and follow instructions.
- Work in an organised and methodical way.
Training & Development
- Complete all required training.
- Take extra courses to grow professionally.
- Use technology to support your job.
- Renew licences 16 weeks before they expire.
Security & Health & Safety
- Spot and report any hazards.
- Stay aware of risks or threats at work and act to prevent issues.
- Use good judgement and call for help if needed.
- Stay calm and professional in tough situations.
- Write clear notes after any incident for reporting.
- Stick to your schedule and remain committed.
- Make check-in calls at assigned times.
- Report incidents to emergency services and the communication centre.
