The predicted salary is between 13 - 13 £ per hour.

Pay Rate £13.23 per hour (various shifts to be discussed at interview)

Mitie is looking for a Retail Security Officer who can deliver exceptional customer service while creating a safe shopping environment, free from the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Preferably to have a current SIA licence and own vehicle.
  • Must have a full 5-year checkable employment/education history. Failure to provide may result in offer withdrawal or termination.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver industry leading customer service.
  • Deterrence of violence and public order offences.
  • Conduct patrols of the store.
  • Utilise CCTV systems to support the reduction of crime and stock loss.
  • Liaise with store management teams.
  • Liaise with police and crime partnerships where required.
  • Wear body‑worn CCTV to support crime reduction and increase colleague and customer safety.
