Join our team at Trinity Leeds Shopping Centre as a Dedicated Relief Security Officer, where you will play a vital role in protecting our customers\’ property, people, and assets. You will deliver exceptional security services in line with the site\’s Assignment Instructions (AI\’s), helping us meet and exceed our Service Level Agreements (SLA\’s) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI\’s). Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, legal and regulatory requirements as directed by the Head of Security, in line with UK laws and industry guidance.
- Complete all tasks as outlined in the Assignment Instructions (AI\’s), staying up to date with any changes to maintain high service standards.
- Follow procedures diligently, demonstrating respect for authority and a systematic approach to your duties.
Training
- Complete all required training to ensure competency and compliance with site requirements.
- Take part in ongoing training to enhance your skills and career development, as directed by the Head of Security.
- Use available technology and resources to stay current with industry standards and job knowledge.
Security And Health & Safety
- Remain vigilant to any health and safety hazards, promptly reporting issues to maintain a safe environment.
- Stay alert to threats or changes within the work area and respond appropriately to minimise disruption or risk.
- Use your initiative and common sense, involving others as necessary when situations become challenging or threatening.
- Maintain professional conduct in all situations, including when dealing with difficult or challenging individuals.
- Keep accurate, detailed records of incidents and report them promptly.
