Relief Security Officer – Lincoln, Newark & Spalding
Sites include: RAF Scampton, Gousto, National Grid and similar locations

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle

Shifts: Days, nights and weekends – providing holiday cover, sickness cover and short-notice callouts

Your Role

As a Relief Security Officer, you will provide a visible, professional security presence, protecting people, property and assets while delivering excellent customer service across different locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow site policies and Assignment Instructions
• Adapt quickly to new environments and site requirements
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and licensing
• Complete mandatory training and engage in further development
• Identify and report Health & Safety risks
• Monitor for suspicious activity and respond appropriately
• Accurately log incidents and complete reporting procedures
• Conduct scheduled check calls
• Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, emergency services and the Mitie Communications Centre

What We\’re Looking For

• Previous security experience
• Valid SIA licence (SC clearance desirable)
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Calm, reliable and able to work under pressure
• Proactive mindset and sound decision-making skills
