Role Responsibilities

  • Manage a cleaning team across multiple sites, including recruitment and staff development.
  • Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard.
  • Provide technical training and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
  • Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels.
  • Address issues professionally and, when necessary, escalate to line manager.
