Overview of the Night Hygiene Team Leader position at Blue Earth Foods, 9B Oxleasow Road, Redditch, Worcestershire, England, B98 0RE.
Hours: 36 hours per week (Tuesday - Friday 19:30 - 05:00). Contract Type: Full Time; Type of Employment: Permanent. Pay Rate: £14.94 per hour.
We are looking for an experienced Night Hygiene Team Leader to work with Mitie clients to manage a cleaning team, including recruitment and development of staff and maintaining excellent service standards for routine planned and periodic cleaning.
Responsibilities
- Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to Mitie customers.
- Ensure cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules.
- Follow Health & Safety procedures and provide technical training as required.
- Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards, and manage materials and stock orders.
- Handle issues efficiently and professionally, referring to line manager where appropriate.
- Supervise and develop cleaning staff, contributing to recruitment where applicable.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
- Good communication skills; reliable, hardworking, professional attitude.
- Ability to work to a schedule with initiative.
