We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards while meeting SLA agreements and managing a cleaning team across multiple client sites.

- Type of Employment: Part Time
- Hours: 13 hours per week
- Shift: Monday – Thursday 06:00 – 08:30; Friday 06:00 – 09:00
- Rate of Pay: £13.50 per hour
- Location: Sika, 19 Broad Ground Road, Redditch, Worcestershire, England, B988YP
Responsibilities
- Manage a cleaning team, including recruitment, training, and development
- Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard
- Ensure staff follow task schedules and Health & Safety procedures
- Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels
- Handle issues professionally and escalate to line manager when needed
