About Us: Mitie is a leading facilities management and professional services company, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are currently seeking a Front of House Receptionist to join our team and provide outstanding customer service on behalf of our corporate client.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage the client suite, ensuring it is well-maintained and welcoming.
- Set up audio-visual equipment for meetings and perform meeting room checks to ensure readiness.
- Oversee the hospitality kitchen, providing teas, coffees, and lunches for clients and staff.
- Maintain the day-to-day management of the kitchen area, ensuring and cleanliness.
- Complete various administrative tasks as required, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Participate in food health and safety training (provided and paid for by the company).
- Adapt to the corporate environment with great personal skills and professionalism.
Shift Patterns
- The role will rotate around two shift patterns depending on events taking place:
- 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Front of House or hospitality role is essential.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
