Mitie is seeking a Security Officer to join our team at a long-standing site in Reading. This full-time role operates a 4on 4off 12-hour shift pattern (10:00–22:00).
You will engage with visitors, manage ID badges, and monitor CCTV, access control, alarms, and IT systems within a secure environment. The role requires SIA Licence (Door Supervision or Security Guarding), understanding of H&S, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering excellent service.
