Job Overview
Safeguard people, property, and assets on site. Act in accordance with Assignment Instructions and Client Service Level Agreements. Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
Main Duties
- Comply with all policies, legal, and statutory requirements.
- Follow Assignment Instructions and improve service where possible.
- Wearing front‑line licence at all times during duties and completing any required training.
- Report incidents, health & safety hazards, and client emergencies promptly.
- Keep accurate incident notes and complete incident reports.
Training & Development
- Complete mandatory and competency‑based training.
- Renew SIA licence 16 weeks before expiration.
- Engage in additional training opportunities for self‑improvement.

- Experience: Proven background in the security industry.
- Licensing: Valid SIA licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervisor). SC clearance highly desirable.
- Background checks: Fully checkable 5‑year work/residence history within the UK.
