Quotes Coordinator to join our busy and fast‑paced team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and detail‑oriented professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and plays a key role in supporting contract delivery through the accurate and timely management of quotations.
About The Role
As a Quotes Coordinator, you will be responsible for gathering, validating, and processing information to produce quotations within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
You will work closely with both internal teams and external clients, ensuring all quoted works are accurately recorded, compliant with company standards, and supported by robust administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue accurate quotations within agreed SLAs.
- Obtain, review, and validate information required to support quotation activity.
- Accurately record all quoted works within CAFM and financial management systems & ensure all quotation‑related administration is completed in line with company policies and corporate standards.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients throughout the quotation and approval process.
- Review and audit subcontractor documentation to ensure financial accuracy and compliance requirements are met.

- Strong numerical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
