Essential Competencies:
- To be able to project manage contracts
- To hold relevant FISS/CSCS certificates, CITB SMSTS
- To be able to demonstrate estimating skills
- To have a good working knowledge of all fence types, Electrical Fencing Systems, CCTV and Access Control Systems
- To have a working knowledge of gate automation
- To have knowledge of fabrication in relation to fences and gates
- To have a good working knowledge of NEC3 contracts
- To be experienced in man management skills
- To have a good working knowledge of sub-contracting procedures and practices
