Responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation of project quotes, ensuring all details are accurate and timely.
- Maintaining and updating project spreadsheets to track budgets, progress, and resources.
- Raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers to ensure goods and services are delivered on schedule.
- Supporting the invoicing process by collating necessary documentation and ensuring prompt submission.
- Acting as a point of contact for administrative queries within the Projects Team.
- Ensuring compliance with Mitie and GWR procedures and systems.
What we’re looking for
- Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with numbers and financial processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- A confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Able to work independently while being a strong team player.
- Previous experience in an administrative, finance, or project support role is an advantage.
