- Role Responsibilities
- Manage and support a cleaning team across multiple sites, including recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.
- Deliver routine, planned, and periodic cleaning activities to a consistently high standard.
- Provide technical guidance and training, ensuring all Health & Safety procedures are fully adhered to.
- Monitor cleanliness standards, manage stock levels, and distribute uniforms as required.
- Resolve issues professionally, escalating to the line manager where necessary.
