You will be providing exemplary, confidential support to senior managers, healthcare professionals and police across our nationwide forensic healthcare and custody contracts, primarily based in our Manchester office with an agile working arrangement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide confidential support to senior managers, healthcare professionals and police.
  • Coordinate day‑to‑day tasks and documentation related to operational support.
  • Answer and triage telephone inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Support varied workload, including days, nights and weekends as part of a rolling shift pattern.

Qualifications

  • Transferable skills preferred; previous call‑centre experience not required.

Working Hours and Salary

  • 42 hours per week (average) based on a rolling shift pattern of days, nights and weekends with overtime opportunities.
  • Salary: £27,834.96 – £29,374.80 per annum.
