Role Summary: Cleaners required to cover maternity leave at Co-op Wheatley Hill for a total of 10 hours & 28 minutes per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order.
- Meet all agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Build knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area.
- Determine when cleaning is required and handle all cleaning equipment and chemicals in compliance with Health and Safety requirements.
- Complete all required training to deliver the cleaning role.
- Work effectively within a team and take initiative.
- Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

- Ability to communicate and read basic English.
- Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
- Flexible approach to the role.
