Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality healthcare to detainees in custody suites in collaboration with the police.
- Provide round‑the‑clock coverage in custody suites according to the schedule agreed with the client.
- Work across an assigned region in Police Custody Suites and Force area as required.
- Perform clinical, forensic, and general medical tasks in patient‑facing roles.
- Adhere to shift patterns: part‑time fixed shifts (06:45‑19:00 day, 18:45‑07:00 night), 2‑day on/8‑day off, 2 nights/4 days off patterns, with a 2‑year advance rota.
Qualifications
- Registered nurse (RN, RGN or RMN paired with dual registration) with at least 2 years post‑qualification experience (Band 5 minimum).
- Registered paramedic with at least 2 years post‑qualification experience.
- Must possess a valid driving licence.
- Recent right to work evidence: British passport or ILR, having lived in the UK for at least 3 years without absences over 3 months.
- Applicants will undergo Police vetting.
- Registered with the NMC or HCPC; registration will be paid.

- Annual salary: £20,500.
- £500 bonus after completing 12 months of service.
