The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
In your new role as Supervisor you will be working within a warehouse environment as part of our cleaning and waste team. You will supervise/operate specific equipment, cleaning practices and use of chemicals to the correct operational guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Carry out daily and weekly checks of all machinery.
- Report any faults to the Site Manager.
- Understand and adhere to Health & Safety guidelines.
- Liaise with the Site Manager on shift operation.
- Monitor waste produced using weekly checklists and monitoring procedures.
- Review equipment, keep clean and secure when not in use.
- Undertake cleaning and ad-hoc duties as required.
- Deal with customer complaints and attend training sessions.
- Ensure awareness of statutory fire and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisor experience.
- Good customer focus and service skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively and good organisational skills.
- Work from own initiative.
- Good awareness of Health and Safety legislation.
- Communicative English essential; may be required to take an English assessment.
- Complete Basic Disclosure (DBS Check) and drug and alcohol screening test.
