Job Overview: 45 hours per week, five days over seven, including weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service while creating a safe shopping environment.
- Deter violence and public order offences.
- Conduct store patrols.
- Utilise CCTV systems to support reduction of crime and stock loss.
- Liaise with store management teams.
- Collaborate with Police and crime partnership agencies as required.
- Wear body worn CCTV to enhance safety for colleagues and customers.
Requirements:
- Current SIA licence or SIA certificates; training for a licence may be provided.
- Full 5‑year verifiable employment/education history (required for vetting).
