To protect our customer's property, people and/or assets by providing security services in accordance with the published Assignment Instructions (AI's) and any updates. Deliver results that meet or exceed KPIs and SLA targets, ensuring service quality and contract retention. Undertake additional training for continuous self-development.
Main Duties
- Ensure compliance with all policies, legal, and regulatory requirements as directed by the Security Account Manager and in line with UK law.
- Complete all site tasks as defined in the published AI's.
- Review and update yourself on any changes to AI's to improve service.
- Obtain and wear the necessary front-line licenses (Security Guarding or Door Supervision, CCTV PSS SIA License) at all times.
- Follow legal obligations and safety requirements.
- Follow instructions and procedures appropriately.
- Work systematically and methodically.
Training
- Complete all required competency training satisfactorily.
- Undertake additional training for self-development as directed.
- Use technology to meet work objectives and develop expertise.
- Renew licenses 16 weeks before expiry.
Security and Health & Safety
- Report any hazards or safety issues immediately.
- Remain alert to threats or environmental changes and respond appropriately.
- Maintain professional conduct in challenging situations.
- Document incidents accurately and promptly.
- Adhere to schedules and ensure check calls are completed.
- Report incidents to emergency services and communication center.
