ROLE: Janitor
Hours: 40 hours per week – 06:00–15:00 (to provide holiday cover would be beneficial). Weekend working rota – 1 in 4 basis, Saturday and Sunday 07:00–11:00 followed by a rest day on Monday. Willing to participate in a rota to provide Bank Holiday cover.
Salary: Minimum Wage plus £50 per week shift allowance.
LOCATION: British Airways, 12 Campsie Drive, Glasgow Airport, Paisley, East Renfrewshire, Scotland, PA3 2SG.

We’re looking for a Janitor who will ensure the smooth operation of an aviation maintenance facility as part of a small but diligent team providing soft and hard facilities services for the site.
Role Responsibilities:
- To ensure the smooth operation of an aviation maintenance facility.
- To work as part of a small but diligent team providing soft and hard facilities services for the site.
- Cleaning of facility including industrial hangar/workshop areas and support office areas including toilets and welfare facilities.
- Assistance with waste management, porterage and managing material deliveries.
- FOD checks of external hangar apron.
- Changing of consumable supplies for the client.
- Assisting hard services technicians as additional labour where required.
- Limited grounds maintenance (including winter gritting and surface treatment).
Required Qualifications:
- A flexible and diligent team player.
- Must be able to adapt to changing operational circumstances.
- Strong customer care skills.
- Effective communicator.
- To be considered the candidate must have either a current Passport or Photo Driving Licence.
