You’ll Also Play a Key Role In
- Supporting the Senior Engineer and leadership team with technical insight and operational know-how.
- Delivering day to day service in the region at the highest levels.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance our engineering capability.
- Taking ownership of technical escalations and ensuring swift, sustainable resolutions.
Main duties (not limited to)
- Keep on top of our audits and compliance and ensure these are done in the due month every time. Or as directed by the senior engineer.
- Assist the Senior, RPS & REM as needed.
- Coach engineers in awareness: e.g. what is and is not 2nd person job, use of Verisae, high quality dockets.
- Work with Senior & RPS on docket quality.
- Take part in stage 1 interviews from a technical standpoint.
- Drive information on quoting tool, so works can be completed by anyone, and work can be defended.
- Ensure we are providing the best info on the quoting tool as these go directly to our customers, you coach and mentor engineers on improving this to the highest levels.
