Responsibilities

  • Produce quotations for CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, and fire alarm systems within the agreed SLAs.
  • Manage daily emails, respond to queries, and elevate issues as required.
  • Liaise with engineers, surveyors, and the small works department to ensure accurate and efficient quotation production.
  • Convert sales enquiries to actual jobs upon client order approval.
  • Obtain supplier quotations and check stock availability to support planning and equipment orders.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed, supporting the Small Works department and Project Managers.
  • Act as a proactive team member with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Work confidently with different teams and internal/external clients.
