Job Overview
Customer service, CCTV Operator and Call Handler – Nights. Mitie, the UK's leading facilities management and professional services company, is expanding our M&S Security Operations Centre and is hiring for permanent positions. No prior experience required as full on-the-job training will be provided, including a fully funded CCTV SIA licence. Ideal candidates are excellent communicators with a strong telephone manner and basic computer knowledge.
Salary: £34,721 per annum
Location: 650 Pavilion Drive, Northampton
Shift pattern: Nights – 4 on, 4 off (12‑hour shifts)
Main Duties
- Using CCTV to identify criminal behaviour occurring in M&S Stores
- Supporting M&S store colleagues on the phone
- Entering security and crime incident data into a central database
- Providing a high level of customer service to our client
- Completing retrospective reviews of incidents that have occurred in stores
