Responsibilities
- Manage multiple sites, including recruitment and staff development.
- Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard.
- Provide technical training and ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed.
- Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels.
- Address issues professionally and, when necessary, raise them to your line manager.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory and/or cleaning experience.
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
- Ability to follow schedules and lead teams effectively.
- Self‑driven, open, and committed to continuous improvement.
