Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 3.30PM to 9PM, plus one Saturday in five.
Location: HMRC, Benton Park Road, Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne And Wear, England, NE98 1ZZ.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a cleaning team for Mitie clients, including recruitment and development of staff and maintaining service standards for routine planned and periodic cleaning.
- Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning; ensure staff understand task schedules and follow Health & Safety procedures; provide technical training as required.
- Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness and use of materials, and order stocks as necessary.
- Deal with issues efficiently and professionally, referring to line manager where appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Experience in supervision and cleaning.
- Good communication skills; reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude; able to work to a schedule with initiative.
