Multiskilled Electrical Engineer

Job Overview

1. Undertake routine PPM tasks, planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and Electrical Installation work as required.
2. Participate in a call-out rota (initially 1 week in 4) and ensure all documentation is accurately completed and recorded in the CAFM system.
3. Assist with general building maintenance activities as needed.
4. Support day-to-day operations of a 2000+ occupied office building as part of the onsite maintenance team.
5. Assume AP role within the maintenance team.

What we are looking for

• City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2 qualification or equivalent.
• 17th/18th edition IEE wiring regulations.
• Experience with maintenance equipment and mechanical knowledge is desirable.
