Role Responsibilities
- Undertake planned preventative maintenance (PPM), servicing, testing, fault diagnosis, repair, and calibration of electrical and associated building services plant and equipment.
- Carry out emergency lighting testing to BS EN 5266, fixed wire testing to BS 7671, and lightning protection testing to BS EN 62305, rectifying faults as required.
- Respond promptly to reactive maintenance and breakdown requests and carry out electrical isolations for specialist contractors.
- Participate in weekly fire alarm testing and support wider Estates Maintenance team activities through flexible, multi‑trade working.
- Work safely and in full compliance with Trust and departmental Health.
