Responsibilities:
- General repairs and maintenance to the building fabric, including carpentry, tiling, wall and floor repairs, painting and decorating as required, flooring repairs to include hard flooring and carpet tiles.
- Basic plumbing maintenance and repairs.
- Basic plastering for damaged walls.
- Maintain inspection logs, remedial reports, and communicate updates to clients.
- Experience of PDA technology for reporting and completion of jobs is essential.
- Fire Door inspections and repairs.
