Role Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores in Manchester.
- Deliver the highest level of service for the client, answering queries and keeping them informed of site activities.
- Oversee planned PPM and compliance works.
- Assist contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations.
- Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
- Effectively prioritise your own workload whilst assisting other engineers/staff with their duties as required.
- Adopt a flexible, proactive and positive approach to work and working hours.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified at a City & Guilds level 2/3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration/HVAC, along with Commercial Gas tickets with experience within a maintenance/facilities management environment.
- Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building statutory compliance and ability to apply this to the role.
- Committed to the delivery of excellent customer service.
- Able to carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg.
- Able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment and work at heights.
- Available to join a call out rota.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
