The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Role Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair all operational equipment within high street retail stores in Manchester.
  • Deliver the highest level of service for the client, answering queries and keeping them informed of site activities.
  • Oversee planned PPM and compliance works.
  • Assist contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations.
  • Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
  • Effectively prioritise your own workload whilst assisting other engineers/staff with their duties as required.
  • Adopt a flexible, proactive and positive approach to work and working hours.

Required Qualifications

  • Qualified at a City & Guilds level 2/3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration/HVAC, along with Commercial Gas tickets with experience within a maintenance/facilities management environment.
  • Good understanding of current Health & Safety legislation and building statutory compliance and ability to apply this to the role.
  • Committed to the delivery of excellent customer service.
  • Able to carry tools and equipment by hand of up to 20kg.
  • Able to ascend/descend vertical access equipment and work at heights.
  • Available to join a call out rota.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
