Mobile Workplace Host • London & South Region (multi‑site role)
Salary: £15.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 6.30 am and 7 pm
Reporting to: SOS Team Manager / Site Leadership Team
Role Overview
No two days are the same, and that's exactly what makes this role exciting. As a Mobile Workplace Host, you'll be a flexible and trusted ambassador of our brand, providing cover and support across a portfolio of prestigious corporate workplaces. You’ll work across multiple client sites, delivering five‑star hospitality, reception, workplace coordination and event support services while ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and their visitors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in fast‑paced environments and takes pride in delivering outstanding service wherever they go.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing relief cover for planned and unplanned absences across our portfolio of locations
- Welcoming visitors, guests and colleagues with professionalism and warmth
- Conducting workplace inspections, setting up meeting rooms and event spaces, and supporting workplace experience teams
- Providing first‑line support for meeting room and AV technology
- Supporting mailroom, events coordination, switchboard, and workplace administration services
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills
- Adaptable and comfortable working in different locations and environments
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using workplace technology, including Outlook, Teams, and Word
- A proactive 'How Can I Help?' mindset
- Willingness to travel regularly between sites and work flexibly when required
