We're looking for a Mobile Soft Services Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to cleaning schedules.

Role Responsibilities
  • Maintaining a professional image and complying with all Mitie Policies & Procedures
  • Ensure adequate staffing levels are achieved by rostering correctly
  • Maintaining Cleaning Standards as per contractual requirements
  • Responsibility for ensuring that staff members adhere to Mitie Uniform & PPE Standards
  • Ensuring stock allocation & equipment checks are completed
  • Reporting any poor performance or misuse of equipment
  • Flexibility and willingness to complete any other reasonable management, client or customer requests
Main duties
  • Prepare in advance rosters to ensure adequate staffing to cover holiday etc.
  • Bring to the attention of the manager sickness, absence etc.
  • Carry out Toolbox Talks relating to H&S Bulletins or Company announcements
  • Report incidents as per the Mitie QHSE requirements
  • Comply with site regulations and conduct oneself in a professional manner
  • Communicate & liaise with site personnel in a professional manner
  • Accountable for ensuring all chemicals, equipment & trolleys are stored correctly
  • Ensure Site Files are updated and reviewed monthly

  • Previous Supervisory or Team Leader Experience
  • Customer Service Skills
  • Good written & verbal communication skills
  • IT Skills desirable but training will be provided

  • Clean Full UK Driving holder
