Mobile Security Officer
We are seeking a highly capable and dependable Mobile Security Officer to play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of a site in Immingham. This position requires a proactive, detail‑oriented individual with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing demands.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Incident Management: Respond promptly and accurately to any incidents, ensuring detailed reporting and swift action to address security concerns.
- Site Patrols: Conduct regular patrols across designated areas of the site, maintaining heightened security awareness and ensuring compliance with required Key Performance Indicators.
- Communication: Establish effective communication with site personnel, clients, or visitors, ensuring smooth interactions in routine and emergency situations.
Key Requirements
- Age Requirement: Applicants must be aged 21 or over due to insurance purposes.
- Full Clean UK Manual Driver's Licence: A valid driver's licence is essential to fulfil the mobile element of the role, with at least one year of practical driving experience.

Job Overview
- Protect customers’ property, people, and assets by providing security services in accordance with the site’s Assignment Instructions and any subsequent changes.
- Deliver results that meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements.
- Undergo additional training to ensure continuous self‑development.
Main Duties
- Ensure compliance with all policies, legal, and regulatory requirements, following directions from the Security Account Manager and UK law.
- Complete all tasks and duties on site as defined within the Assignment Instructions.
- Review Assignment Instructions for changes, suggest amendments to improve service levels.
- Maintain required licences and safety equipment.
- Follow instructions and procedures appropriately.
- Perform duties systematically and orderly.
Training and Development
- Complete all required competency training.
- Engage in ongoing training for continuous self‑development.
- Use technology to achieve key objectives and enhance job knowledge.
- Renew licence 16 weeks before expiry.
Health & Safety Responsibilities
- Identify and report any hazards or potential hazards on site.
- Respond appropriately to threats or changes in the environment to reduce disruption, loss, or damage.
- Use common sense and initiative, involving others if a situation becomes threatening.
- Maintain professional conduct with difficult customers.
- Complete accurate notebook entries after incidents.
- Adhere to check call schedules and Assignment Instructions.
- Call emergency services and Communication Centre to report incidents.
