Job title: Mobile Cleaning Supervisor
Rate of pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Weekly contractual hours: 37.5 (Monday to Friday and Saturday – AM cleaning)
Location: Northumberland Region, Morpeth/Cramlington/Ashington, Northumberland, England, NE63 8QG

Responsibilities
- Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to required standards.
- Ensure cleaning staff understand and follow task schedules while adhering to Health & Safety procedures.
- Provide technical training as required.
- Distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards and use of materials, and order stock as necessary.
- Deal with issues efficiently and professionally, referring to the line manager when appropriate.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
- Good communication skills, reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work to a schedule and take initiative.
