We\’ 0re looking for a Mobile Cleaning Supervisor who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and managing a cleaning team across multiple client sites.
Job Title: Mobile Cleaning Supervisor
Rate of Pay: £14.34 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Type of Employment: Full Time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: The O2 Centre, 255 Finchley Road, London, Greater London, England, NW3 6LU
Role Responsibilities
- Manage a cleaning team, including recruitment, training, and development
- Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to a high standard
- Ensure staff follow task schedules and Health & Safety procedures
- Monitor cleanliness standards, distribute uniforms, and manage stock levels
- Handle issues professionally and escalate to line manager when needed
