We are looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Engineer to work with a range of Mitie clients by maintaining new and existing air conditioning, USP, generators as well as general building services. You will be carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance & Reactive Maintenance on these appliances, being the site lead on the air conditioning, as well as carrying out diagnostic checks and fault finding.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute preventative and reactive maintenance on air conditioning, USP, generators and other building services.
- Lead the site on air conditioning duties.
- Carry out diagnostic checks and fault finding.
- Prioritise workload and assist the general maintenance team with general maintenance tasks.
- Participate in an out of hours call‑out rota.
- Complete all work‑related documentation accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence.
- Background within NVQ level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Small Refrigeration.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures.
- Pro‑active and positive approach to work, physically capable of carrying out duties.
