Position: Mobile Building Services Engineer (Electrical Bias) – Solihull
Hours: 40 hours per week, Full-time
Role Responsibilities:
- Upgrading and installing electrical systems and carrying out maintenance works
- Completing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), inspections and fault finding
- Undertaking basic plumbing and fabric tasks as and when required
- Recording all activities, remedial works and inspection logs using PDA systems
- Delivering excellent customer service through strong verbal and written communication
Required Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 certification in Electrical Maintenance / Installation
- Current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Certification
- Must have completed the AM2 Competency Assessment
Desirable:
- City and Guilds 2391-52 Test and Inspection qualification
- ECS Gold Card Holder
Additional Information:
- Role is working on behalf of the Government Home Office estate and requires completion of a security clearance check
- Candidate must be a UK resident with a minimum of 5 years consecutive residency
- Good IT skills are essential
