This is a field based, mobile position covering the Bristol and surrounding regions (Postcodes: BS).
Salary: £28,548 – £50,000, dependent upon the candidate's qualifications and experience.
This role is part of the TS-Mobile division.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain, repair and service air conditioning equipment, including split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems and heat pumps.
- Work on specific refrigeration equipment such as chilled cabinets, multideck and ice machines.
- Collaborate with manufacturer plants (Daikin, Mitsubishi, Media, Toshiba, LG) to understand installation designs and troubleshoot bespoke procedures.
- Seek manufacturer technical support independently when required.
- Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspection reports and remedial work.
- Perform manual tasks including manual handling, work at heights and in confined spaces.
- Communicate clearly in verbal and written form, using handheld devices (PDA).
- Work autonomously while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.
- Relevant qualifications such as FGAS & ODS regulations, apprenticeship, C&G Level 3 / NVQ or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of work.
- Full current driving licence and willingness to participate in an on-call rota.
