At Mitie, we seek a Head of Contract Support who will provide strategic performance insight, assurance and contractual support across a large, complex Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract. The role acts as a central point of expertise for data analytics, performance and KPI management, compliance and contract clarification, ensuring senior leaders are supported with clear, accurate and evidence‑based insight to enable effective decision‑making. Reporting directly to the Strategic Client Director, the postholder works closely alongside the Account Directors for IFM, Managed Stations and Security Assurance, operating across all service streams to ensure consistency, governance and alignment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the performance management framework across the contract, ensuring KPIs, SLAs and strategic measures are clearly defined, monitored and reported.
- Analyse trends, identify risks and opportunities, and support the development of performance improvement and recovery plans.
- Produce high‑quality performance packs and insights for governance forums, senior leadership reviews and client meetings.
- Build strong, credible relationships with senior internal stakeholders and client representatives.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in contract performance management, analytics, assurance or governance.
- High level of commercial and contractual awareness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
