Duties:

  • Liaising with clients and building sustainable relationships
  • Liaising with the service team prior to key client meetings to discuss actions
  • Providing feedback to the service team to implement corrective actions
  • Working closely with the remedials team to allow quotations to be completed successfully
  • Providing reports and updates to the Service Manager on key clients’ account management activities
  • Continually looking for ways to improve relationships with key clients and the services we offer
  • Conducting regular client review meetings to assess service performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Working with the wider service team to ensure works are scheduled and delivered effectively
  • Monitoring contract performance including KPIs, response times and client satisfaction
  • Performing any other reasonable requests from the business

Candidate Skill Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a Key Account Manager or similar role
  • Experience in the sprinkler industry desirable but not essential
  • Strong understanding of service‑based contracts and client management
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
  • Strong organisational skills
