We are looking for a Scheduler who will deliver excellent service standards while ensuring all engineering jobs are allocated, monitored, and completed in line with SLA requirements.
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day activity of the national engineering team and delegated tasks.
- Utilise scheduling systems effectively to deploy the correct engineering resources.
- Ensure first-time fixes for customers through internal engineers or subcontractors.
- Oversee job completion, ensure documentation accuracy, and track materials used.
- Reallocate and follow up on incomplete jobs to ensure timely resolution.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience working in service delivery or contact centre environments.
- Strong IT proficiency with the ability to use multiple systems confidently.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills using technology and data insights.
- Eligibility to pass BPSS security clearance.
