We are looking for a driven and motivated Scheduling Manager to manage, lead, support and coach the Scheduling team, displaying role model behaviour and exceeding customer expectations and instilling a customer first attitude.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that your team adheres to the task management process in an accurate and timely manner and that they are fully compliant with all service desk processes.
- Perform statistical analysis to ensure that our service commitments meet or exceed business operational criteria.
- Support the Scheduling team to ensure day to day leadership of relevant employees including conduct, performance, attendance, and competence; taking the required and appropriate actions to address any improper conduct or low standards.
- Drive a high-performance culture through performance management and steady development.
Qualifications
- Experience working in a busy and dynamic environment, with knowledge and understanding of Compliance, SLAs, KPIs and facilities management.
- Knowledge of Maximo (or equivalent CAFM systems) and commercial astuteness, with previous experience working in a contract operating workplace.
- Enthusiastic and engaging leader with exceptional communication and organisational skills, and a champion for excellence.
