We’re looking for a Multi Skilled Operative who will lead a small maintenance team in the delivery of varying fabric repairs and projects, hosting of subcontractors. This role will also include the multi‑trade requirement for the completion of reactive helpdesk tickets and the assistance in the completion of project related tasks and other facilities requests.
Role Responsibilities
- Delivery and oversight of repairs and maintenance to building fabric and plumbing infrastructure across multiple site buildings.
- Delivery and oversight of planned maintenance activities.
- Organisation and onsite hosting of subcontractors.
- Support the Tech Services Manager/helpdesk and Technical Services Coordinator with the allocation of planned and reactive work orders.
- Day‑to‑day management of relevant employees including conduct, performance, attendance and capability, taking necessary and appropriate actions to address inappropriate behaviour or low standards, with support and advice.
