Responsibilities
- Operate in a fast‑paced retail environment, staying alert, responsive and ready to step in when needed.
- Provide customer service by greeting customers and delivering professional support to both customers and colleagues.
- Help keep our stores safe and secure, preventing loss, responding to incidents, identifying risks and supporting safe ways of working.
- Use store technology, including mobile reporting systems and body‑worn cameras, to support store operations and incident management.
- Stay calm under pressure, responding to challenging situations or supporting emergency procedures with professionalism and confidence.
- Collaborate closely with store colleagues to maintain high standards, support operations and create a positive environment for everyone.
- Adapt quickly to changing situations to support the store when needed.
Qualifications
- Previous security experience preferred.
- Valid SIA licence desirable, although not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
