Location: East Leake, Loughborough

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in delivering the leisure service for the client, including opening or closing the centre on a rotating shift pattern.
  • Manage cleaning and reception teams to maintain high standards and support the Activ Kidz brand.
  • Ensure the centre is clean and presentable and manage new and existing bookings, including invoicing.
  • Assist in all aspects of health and safety within the centre and deliver monthly toolbox talks to staff.
  • Log annual leave, sickness and perform line manager responsibilities for the cleaning and reception teams.
  • Assist with marketing plans for the centre in collaboration with the Leisure Centre Manager.
  • Open and close the facility on time in accordance with site procedures.
  • Complete monthly analysis of customer comments and recommend improvements.
  • Provide cover to the FM team for locking and unlocking school facilities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • NPLQ and Pool Plant Qualification

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Gym Level 2
  • ASA Level 2 Swim Teaching Qualification

Additional Requirements:

  • Applicants must have relevant experience in a similar role and excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent customer service, time-management skills and the ability to prioritise a changing workload are also required.
