Overview of the Small Works Supervisor role at RAF Lossiemouth, overseeing minor works and maintenance activities under the Future Defence Infrastructure Service (FDIS) contract.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver minor new works, planned preventative maintenance, and reactive and remedial works.
- Coordinate and manage supply chain partners and contractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to standard.
- Review and approve RAMS, permits and compliance documentation in line with contractual and site requirements.
- Plan, prioritise and monitor work schedules to ensure contractual KPIs are consistently achieved.
- Liaise with the wider site team, Helpdesk, DIO and end users to resolve issues and support contract delivery.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical acumen.
- Good organisational and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage a high volume of planned works.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting wider team objectives.
