Elite Security Officer in Longfield

Pay rate: £15.62

Location: DA3

Main Duties:

• Protect customers and colleagues from physical and verbal abuse by providing a reassuring and professional security presence.
• Maintain a highly visible security presence that is easily identified by customers and colleagues while delivering an exceptional level of customer service.
• Proactively deter and prevent anti‑social behaviour, theft and criminal activity.
• Liaise with store management, police and other external agencies when required.
• Use conflict resolution techniques to diffuse difficult situations that may arise within the workplace.
• Identify and rectify behaviours and situations that endanger the health, safety and well‑being of colleagues, customers and fellow officers in a timely manner in line with company policies.

• Upholds high ethical standards.
• Conflict resolution training.
• Frontline door supervision or security guarding licence essential; CCTV licence beneficial.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport beneficial.
• Uses BWCCTV effectively during confrontational situations.
