Working on a mix of refurbishments, retail outlets, industrial facilities, and defence estates, you will provide commercial oversight across RIBA stages, with hybrid working and travel to client sites as required.
The role requires contract knowledge ( NEC 3/4, JCT, CCS ), strong budgeting, cost control, and the ability to interpret drawings.
