At Mitie we are looking for a Compliance & Operations Coordinator to support the Transport for London contract. The role involves maintaining full compliance, improving assurance standards and coordinating engineering service delivery across a complex portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the Transport for London contract maintains full compliance across the portfolio, aligned with contractual, statutory and client-specific requirements while supporting governance across Mitie activities.
  • Coordinate works delivery including scheduling, booking access, liaising with suppliers, managing documentation and ensuring all works are completed, closed out and fully evidenced.
  • Review and ensure all Statements of Safe Work (SSOW), RAMS and health & safety documentation are compliant with contract and engineering standards.
  • Support small works and minor projects by managing quotations, raising purchase orders, issuing instructions and tracking completion.
  • Maintain CAFM systems (Maximo, Concept Evolution) and asset data, analysing compliance and performance trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience within Building Services or Facilities Management, supporting hard services delivery in a complex environment.
  • Strong administrative, organisational and analytical skills with experience managing multiple workstreams and datasets.
  • Working knowledge of CAFM systems, Microsoft Excel and engineering compliance processes.
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of SFG20 maintenance standards and asset management principles (desirable).
