  • Acting as the first point of contact and creating positive first impressions
  • Bringing energy and personality to the workplace experience
  • Supporting visitors and clients to ensure every interaction feels seamless and effortless
  • Building strong relationships across teams and becoming the trusted “go‑to” person within the office

  • Taking pride in the presentation, organisation and energy of the office environment

Creating a Safe, Trusted & Confidential Environment

This is a creative, energetic and people‑focused environment but it's also one built on trust, professionalism and discretion. As the face of the workplace, you'll play a key role in maintaining a safe, secure and highly professional environment for colleagues, clients and visitors. You'll be trusted to confidently own the space, manage situations calmly, and ensure workplace standards, security and safeguarding expectations are consistently upheld. This role requires someone who can balance warmth and approachability with maturity, confidence and sound judgement.

Required

  • Sign a confidentiality and non‑disclosure agreement
  • Complete a DBS check
  • Successfully pass a 5‑year employment vetting and extensive background screening

Driving Operational Excellence

  • Processing invoices, receipts and expenses accurately and efficiently
  • Supporting office processes and identifying opportunities to improve ways of working
  • Monitoring security systems and escalating concerns appropriately
  • Supporting the Office Manager and wider Operations team with day‑to‑day workplace activity
  • Taking ownership of tasks and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

Who Thrives in This Role?

This role is perfect for someone who is naturally organised, people‑focused and energised by creating great experiences for others. You might come from hospitality, office coordination, reception, events, retail or another customer‑focused environment. What matters most is your attitude, energy and ability to make things happen.

You’ll Thrive If You

  • Love creating welcoming and engaging environments
  • Can confidently take ownership of a space and remain calm under pressure
  • Balance professionalism and personality naturally
  • Are comfortable working independently and using your judgement
  • Understand the importance of confidentiality, safeguarding and discretion
  • Can adapt your approach depending on the situation and environment

  • Enjoy balancing people interaction with organisation and admin
  • Stay calm, organised and solutions‑focused in busy environments
  • Bring positivity and professionalism into every interaction
  • Have a strong eye for detail and presentation
  • Enjoy improving processes and making things run more smoothly
  • Computer literate across Outlook, Word and workplace systems
